Delivery times
You should expect your order to arrive within the following time frame unless stated otherwise on the ordering page:
UK Royal Mail 1st class – 3-5 business days
International Royal Mail – 10 business days

To redeem your discount simply enter and apply your promo code where prompted at the checkout or quote over the phone
Out of Stock Items
All products are subject to availability. Backordered products include items that are not currently in stock. Should this occur, we would e-mail you with the anticipated dispatch date. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, cancel the item from your order, and refund you in full, or you may choose an alternative product of the same value.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you are delighted with our range, however, if something is not right please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we shall refund your order as required. If you are unhappy with a product you’ve purchased please email us at info@hormonydrinks.com with the order number in the subject line.
Please note, that as a food product, we cannot accept items that have been opened unless there is an unlikely quality issue.
